Your Shopify access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never expose it to the frontend or third parties.
We only request the scopes needed to build evidence: read orders, customers, and fulfillments. We cannot place orders or change anything.

Will card networks accept this PDF?
The evidence packet is structured to match what Visa, Mastercard, and Amex reviewers expect: a dispute response letter, chronological evidence timeline, order summary, fulfillment details, and a raw data appendix. You submit it alongside your chargeback response in your payment processor's portal.
What data do you access from my Shopify store?
We request read-only access to orders, customers, and fulfillments — the minimum needed to build your evidence packet. We never access your store settings, financials, or other apps. Your Shopify access token is encrypted at rest with AES-256.
How long does it take to generate a packet?
Under a minute. Search the order, review the case details, add any merchant notes, and download. The PDF is ready immediately.
Can I add my own notes to the response?
Yes. Every case has a Merchant Notes field that gets included as a highlighted section in the PDF. You can edit notes and regenerate the response at any time before downloading.
Is my store data stored on your servers?
We store a snapshot of the order at the time you create the case, so you can regenerate the PDF later without needing to re-fetch from Shopify. Snapshots are tied to your account and only you can access them.
